At MISSION Boat Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in new, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
